Last weekend I painted en plein air at a Farmer’s Market in Montrose, California. The dry, sunny day kept drying out my paints. This is my first draft – later I am going to fix the composition, define the lines, and change a few colors. Then I will add the pointillism layer if the painting survives the previous step.
