Watercolor is a popular medium because of its portability. All one needs is water, a brush, a notepad, and a small case with paints. I found a kit that includes a watercolor pen that can be filled with water, this saves having a cup and a bottle. After a few test painting’s, I did the below while in the Wiamea Plantation Cottages, Hawaii. The quaint buildings reminded me of my great grandmother’s house because they were built almost 100 years ago.
